What is included in each subscription box?

Each box features curated items from talented LGBTQ+ creators. Past boxes have included art prints, jewelry, and other unique handcrafted goods. Every box celebrates queer creativity.

When can I expect to receive my box once it's purchased?

All orders are processed within 2-3 days. Once your package has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

The Queer Quill is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.  

How often will I receive my subscription box?

That's up to you! I have an option for a single purchase or you can subscribe quarterly where you will receive 3-4 boxes a year.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes! You can manage your subscription at any time through your account. You can skip a box or cancel with no hassle.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I only ship within the United States. If I receive enough interest to ship internationally I will look to expand shipping in the future. 

Who can apply to participate?

Currently, I am seeking LGBTQIA+ artists and authors living in Western New York which includes Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautaqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming counties.

I'm an artist or author that wants to participate. What do I do?

Reach out to me through my Contact Form or contact me at thequeerquill716@gmail.com. I will ask you questions about what you create or write, pricing, and production timelines and we will go from there!

What if I'm not satisfied with my box?

Every box is filled with items that expresses queer creativity differently. I understand that not everything in each box will be for everyone but due to the amount of time and effort that each item takes to make I will not be issuing refunds. If items in your box arrive damaged, please email me with photos within 7 days of receiving your box and we will go from there. 

Can I purchase items individually?

Our products are only available through our subscription boxes. However, if you love something from a specific artist or author, please look at the Creators page where I link social media or website information for each creator.

Why do you have an option to tip?

This project is growing! And that is all because of people like you who believe in the power of self-expression and how it can be a powerful tool to connect to others. To help this project grow I've added an option for tips to help purchase higher quality items such as boxes and stickers and to help to be able to reach LGBTQ+ creators who make high quality and time consuming creations.
